Neighbour Note is now offering Sopilka Lessons  lessons! This ancient wind instrument is a cross between a block flute and an English whistle. It is also referred to as the Ukrainian Ethnic Flute. Dr. Nina Soyfer will be teaching Sopilka lessons to children, teenagers, and adults.
