Dr. Scott Hanenberg Completes PhD

Congratulations to Dr. Scott Hanenberg for completing his PhD in music theory at the University of Toronto this month. Scott has extensive teaching experience. He was a music theory instructor at Georgia State University and at Recording Arts Canada here in Toronto. Scott teaches guitar, digital music production, recording arts, music theory rudiments, harmony, and counterpoint here at Neighbour Note. He has been published in Music Theory Online and was the president of the Music Graduate Student's Association.
